   This seat cover is amazing.I bought it as a gamble because I thought it might be rubbish at only £19.99.It is brilliant.It is super easy to install & fits both in a 5 door mini sportman, a 3 door Mazda hatchback. It is easier to use in a 5 door, but we use it in a 3 door all the time and it’s still easy.Our dog prefers it to seat covers we have had in the past because it creates a sort of bucket shape, so there is no way he could slip down the front of the seat, with plenty of space to stretch out and lie down. There is little Velcro gaps which you can fit the doggy seat belt to, and it comes with a free seat belt.Please use the seatbelt with an appropriate harness, if you clip it onto a collar it will strangle your dog if you have to stop fast or have a car accident.Our dog shed a lot & this seat protects our fabric seats from all the hair, it is also great for soggy muddy dogs. Because of the zips you can get the dog in/out from either side of the car in either a 5 door or 3 door very easily. It takes 3 minutes to install and the straps can be tightened to alter the fit for most cars so it is nice and tidy (not very large 4x4s I believe). When not in use you can either remove it from the car, or we just unzip the sides and fold it down.The viewing panel in between the seats is great for making sure your dog is okay.

   I’m really pleased with this purchase. I have a small dog (about 6kg) and it’s so reassuring he cannot fall into the footwell of the car. He has his bed and blanket and a couple of toys in the back and is really comfy travelling now, with a dog seatbelt attached via the headrest (there are access slots if you prefer a safety belt attached to the seatbelt sockets). He can sit looking out the front, lay and play with his toys or curl up and sleep under his blanket. He is very happy travelling with it. It has two handy pockets for storing a lead or toys. I can’t say how durable this would be for a big dog, but it’s absolutely ideal for mine.

   I’m so pleased I got this car seat cover from Pecute. Does exactly what I hoped it would, which has turned out to be more important than I expected as our little darling gets car sick pretty much every journey. The cover is:- Easy to install- Simple to wash (providing your washing machine has a big enough drum) and dries quickly- Smart looking- Well made- DurableAll in all, I can’t recommend this product enough. The only negative I can come up with is the mesh ‘window’, as my dog seems to have an uncanny knack of finding a way to be sick through that, which obviously makes a mockery of the 100% waterproof claim. Other than that, all good. Five stars from me.

   With so many cheap versions online it’s hard to pick one, we chose this at random and glad we did, they do not fit every car but ours was a last minute purchase and has done the trick for the past 3 months. Our German Shepherd likes to lie down and feel like she is in a hammock rather than a back seat and acts like a comforter. It has saved my E250’s seats from scratches and fluids which I will reframe from typing (who ever has a puppy/dog who gets car s**k will understand :)). some of the clips are plastic – we didn’t use them, the sides flop down a bit but the rest stays up pretty well.

   This cover exceeds my expectations. The quality of the material is excellent and it was so easy to fit in place. I can have it in different ways, either attached only at the back seats and hanging down over the seats to the floor so someone can sit next to my dog , or attached at the back and at the front seats headrests, making it like a hammock. It completely covers the back seat of the car and secures in place really well, preventing my dog falling off the seat.The Middle Mesh Panel with Zip Option is great because it becomes an exit for the dog if you have a three door car.The storage pockets are very useful. The seatbelt attachment is an bonus for the safety of the dog during the journey.The Cover looks very sturdy, is beautifully made in detail, easy to wipe clean and machine washable. Both my dog and I love ther product. One of the very best and excellent products for my dog.No more messing around stuffing towels here and there.I highly recommended it.

   My parents visited for a holiday and have a brand new car. We wanted to be able to go on days out and take my dog (their furry grandchild) with us so I bought this car protector. I already purchased the pecute shredded memory foam bed which my dog loves, so was happy to see they also made a car seat protector.It is fantastic! I have had a different brand one before which was nowhere near as good. This is fantastic quality, durable, waterproof, quick and easy to fit and is versatile.I used it with one side open and draped down the seat so that I could sit next to my dog on our outings.There are openings to put his car seat belt through so I can still secure him safely and comfortably. It has pockets to take various items such as a water bottle and bowl, and netting to the front centre section which he can see through as he likes to view between the front seats where we are going.It has been a wet week and we had several trips to the beach during their visit, where my dog loves to swim. But when the protector was removed before the end of their stay, any dirt, sand, rain and trace of wet dog went with it and the car was almost spotless.We had leather type seats in our car when using the old protector and my poor dog used to slide around on the seats in it, but using the pecute seat protector on similar seats was so much more comfortable as he stayed put and did not slide one bit.Its brilliant and does exactly as it is designed for, I would highly recommend it.

   I’ve bought this for 2 reasons .. 1 to protect my car seats when we go anywhere with Penny the wonderdog & the second for protecting my Sofa as she likes to jump on it!It’s well made with a nice quilted finish with retaining clips and pockets .. as well as some securing straps for Penny herself … Great well finished product … That should suit any car and protect if for youAll folds up neatly into a carry bag too

   I spent a good while comparing the vast array of competing products on Amazon and can heartily recommend this cover.The Pecute is an excellent product, intelligently designed and diligently constructed.There is a real sense of the care that has gone into creating it, well demonstrated by the provision of a decent zipped fabric case for storage.The materials are of excellent quality, it fits well and is easy to use. The base is has substantial quilting which promises good durability and will hopefully give protection from the inevitably of a wet, muddy dog.Needing to gave a friend a lift I was relieved to see that there was a velcroed slot so the seat belt could pass through the base, by unzipping the mesh window the cradle section could be zipped down so the footwell was available to a passenger without affecting the side where the dog was sitting. He loved it too, with the sides zipped up he could curl up in the corners as if in his bed; you can probably tell I liked it!

   My dog droooooools when in the car. I mean big time. A blanket we had over the seats didnt last long as she moves about alot even with the sealtbelt thing attached.I have tried a single seat protector, that didnt work as she moves about.This seemed a good idea since it can be taken out quickly and stored in the boot. It basically hangs over the 4 headrests and then you slip the seatbelt through the velcro and attach the dog.No more drool on the leather its now in the Cover and so easy to remove and clean.It fits my BMW 330D perfectly. i think it would be a bit of a pain in the wife’s corsa since its a 3 door so for now its staying in the BMW.

    Very easy to fit. Fold the seats down a bit, shove the handles between the bottom and back of the seat, then lock the seats back to secure the bottom. Straps around 4 headrests, doggo is comfortable and the car is protected.There are a couple of heavy duty handles which you pass under the back of the seat and work really well at keeping the thing in place. The rest of the fitting is pretty obvious from the pictures.The slots for the seatbelt clips are big and velcro, absolutely not a problem fishing the belt terminals through and sealing around them. Supplied seatbelt to collar clip is probably good for a lot of dogs, but too short for a large greyhound.The front section has 2 zippers, so it’s possible to open one end for a human to share the back seat, but still protect your pup from falling into the footwell if you have to slow down suddenly.The end panels zip up far enough that in most cars the door and window controls will be somewhat protected from accidental operation by your four legged child, and offers protection to your car from dogs that like to chew while they lie.Once unfolded will not go back into original carry-bag unless you have above average origami skills.
